The authors should submit the papers in English; the Organizer will arrange to translate it into Chinese. Chinese authors should submit the papers both in English and Chinese. The Organizer will arrange simultaneous translation in Chinese and English. The speaker has to take the presentation or speeches in English during the sessions.
